Accurate Improvements & Modificatiosn

They say they are "family owned and operated". Well, they must be a tiny family that hires strictly on the basis of nepotism, because I've never seen a worse run outfit in my life. They apparently only have one handyman, known as Jason, who has never managed to master complicated machinery like "clocks" or "phones", so I suppose I should be grateful he never actually worked on my home, where the technology is more complex. The reason he never worked on it? He never showed up. He never even phoned to say whether he'd be coming an hour late, two hours late, or never. So, lucky me, I got to twiddle my thumbs all morning waiting for him to grace me with his presence. Finally, I got fed up and called his supervisor, who said Jason got hung up and couldn't come until "sometime after one". Since I didn't have all afternoon to waste as well as all morning, I asked to reschedule for today. I even cleared a three hour block of time so Jason could have plenty of leeway to a) materialize, and then b) do an hour's worth of work. I might as well have locked the door and done a million other things on my to do list, because guess what? Yeah, Jason never showed. He never called to say "I'm late because my pet lizard has escaped.", "I can't come because I have a flat tire.", "Kiss my foot.", or anything else. I called the supervisor back and cancelled the entire appointment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, unless you've got a few months to waste waiting for Jason as if you were waiting for Godot.
