Greg is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend him and his son, in a heartbeat. I failed my bathroom tile , grout and floor. It is remarkable, outstanding and extremely thank full I found Greg!

Terrible. Do not let these guys repair your tile. Over promised, under delivered, over charged. Oh, and they never completed the work after 6 weeks for a 5 day job! Do not pay a dime until the work is done to your satisfaction. The job did have to be demolished and re-done by another provider. Stay away from Greg Dunn. If this site allowed photos, I would show you the poor and unacceptable workmanship. Terrible. Shame on you Greg Dunn.

I thought my bathroom tiles were incredibly beautiful when finished. My only issue was that I felt that I was up sold after I was given the original bid. The owner gave me the original bid and the fellow doing the work told me I needed a more expensive sealant and charged me $75 more. I wish the owner had discussed this with me on the original bid. I was also sold some expensive cleaner that I still question if it was worth the money. The guy doing the work was very good and a hard worker and overall I am very pleased with the final results.

We actually needed the caulk replaced and they also cleaned the tile and tub. Well worth the money!

Overall, a quality job. One of my tiles in my master shower is now cracked. Also, one wall became water spotted and had to be repainted. Final job looks good.

He came back the next day to regrout an area that had changed when it dried. At no extra charge!

No one else could fix the problem we had.

US Clean was the only company to respond to my request. They got in touch with me right away and got me on their schedule right away, too. The owner came out to assess the issues with our shower tile and sink counter. It took my husband me a little while to get back with them about doing the job, but they were very patient with us. The young man who did the work explained everything and worked diligently for several hours until the work was finished. I feel like the job was priced right. When we get ready to do a full restoration in our bathroom, we will call US Clean.

We are already needing to have the floors regrouted and refinished.

Highly recommend! We needed some repair work done in our tiled shower where the grout had been compromised and water was leaking through. People - Greg was professional, knowledgeable, clean and on-time. After we accepted the bid, the work was done by Clay, with the same attributes and timeliness. Both were courteous, friendly, and thorough and their experience shows. Price - I initially thought the price was a little high for a smaller repair, but overall pretty fair for professional quality results. They stand behind their work. Had I done a DIY, it would not have turned out nearly as well as it did, and would have taken 3x as long. Results - The shower looks perfect. Good as new. The grout was matched exactly, and the problem fixed. Could not be happier with the end result. If you're needing shower tile repair or restoration, choosing usclean will be a great choice.

I was contacted by usclean, and on the same day, Greg came out and gave me an estimate to recaulk, clean, and seal a shower stall. Everything to be done was clearly explained to me. I thought the price was reasonable. After he left, I had second thoughts, and decided to ask if they could clean a second shower. They called me back, and told me they would be happy to add the other shower to the work order. Greg called the next morning, telling me he could come earlier than planned, which was fine with me. He worked on both showers, which took him 4 hours. Everything looks great, and I would recommend this company to anyone.
