PERSONALIZED LAWN CARE

I've been doing business with them for years. I really like them! A guy by the name of Kevin Jensen is the owner of it and they're great. They are just great! The boxwood was a replacement and didn't cost me. But, I spend about $1500 a year with them. I have a contract with them where they treat the yard throughout the year and treat the trees & stuff. Even though we're fairly old we cut our own grass and do edging and stuff like that, but they come out and do that other stuff. I contract with them so they do the stuff once a year. They're out here all the time on a regular basis. Overall they're a great company. They really are. On pricing they're very good. Their quality is outstanding really. I absolutely will continue to use them.

Things usually go pretty well, but once in a while, things go wrong. Most recently, a window got broken, and they immediately fixed it. Anytime anything goes wrong, they respond very quickly. Once in a while, it takes them a little while to get back to me, but not in terms of getting things fixed.

I've been using them for years.  They really care about their customers and will do what it takes to satisfy.

We've used him for probably eight years. I really don't have any dislikes. As far as likes go, he is very professional. He has always done an outstanding job. He has a very large clientele in the Kansans City. He is not just a small entity. He is pretty good-sized. He does an outstanding work. I would most definitely use them in the future.

They were quick to respond, and reliable

We had urgent lawn care needs due to a problem with our tenants. We are located out of state and our property is in Leavenworth. Personalized Lawn Care did not take advantage of our absence or our need but provided excellent service at a reasonable price. They were able to take care of our lawn care within hours of our request and in time for a successful showing of our home. They did a great job!

THEY COME VERY REGULARLY, AND DO GREAT WORK. OUR YARD LOOKS VERY GOOD. OUR ONLY PROBLEM HAS BEEN NEGOTIATING THEM COMING A LITTLE LESS OFTEN-THEY ARE VERY RESISTANT. THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT PUTTING OUR DOG ON THE PORCH IF WE ARE NOT HOME.
