They are one block away from me, that's why we went to them. They pulled up in the alley. There was three of them getting out. They took our, we got a big hot tub, they jerked our hot tub off of there and put it on the ground. And then they realized they weren't strong enough to put it up on the deck. So they said they were going to leave it in the alley until tomorrow morning. I'm like, no you're not. You are going to put it back on the truck and take it back to the shop because I don't want someone to mess with it. And then it took over 3 weeks to get our hot tub on here. They had to keep coming back because stuff was messing up and all this jazz. They are no good. They finally got it to where it needed to be and it is working. My wife does the chemicals and stuff on it so we are happy with the pool but we are not happy with the installation. When you are a block away from me how can you not make it to my house.

Our old liner was 8 years old and John came out to take a look at our floating liner problem.  It was so bad that he said he was going to have to drain the pool to get the groundwater out.  I suggested we go ahead and replace the liner as we decided it was probably not going to work to reset the old liner anyways, it was too brittle.  So he started draining the pool and we went into the office and chose a new liner and signed the paperwork.  When it was drained, he came back out and measured and got the new liner ordered.  We were told it would take 10-14 days to get it in, it came in on the quicker side of that estimate.  John came out the next day after it arrived and finished tearing out the old liner and cleaning up the pool walls and floor.  We had to wait until the next day to install the new one as it wasn't warm enough to hang the liner.  
He and his crew member came back the next day, installed the new liner in a matter of minutes and we started filling the pool.  We called him to come back and install the main drain covers a couple hours later and he came right back to do so.  After that we continued to fill the pool and John hooked up the vacuum pumps.  He was very good about leaving us instructions on what to do.  
He came back the following day and finished installing the skimmer and jet covers and the pool light.  He even had to go buy new screws because the old pool light screws were stripped.
Overall, John did a fantastic job, answered all our questions and responded to phone calls and messages.

The evaluation of my hot tub, pool opening, and missing tile went ok, overall.  I was very happy with the pool opening.  I had just moved into a house that had a pool, so was not sure what to do.  The oasis staff walked me through the basics and opened my pool.  I also had them take a look at my hot tub to determine if it was worth fixing.  The technician was very knowledgable and I appreciated his honest opinion and decided not to fix the hot tub.  I also had the technician look at a few missing tiles.  He took one tile to see if he could find a replacement and was going to get back to me.  The only negative aspect of my interaction with Oasis is that I never got that tile back or heard from the technician again, so I had to try to go find a tile that matches myself and have not found one to date.  Scheduling can be a little difficult, so I would recommend scheduling a few weeks in advance of any planned service.  There is also a destination charge of $100 for a technician to come out.
