Description of Work: BRIAN KERN PERFORMED AN APPRAISAL INSPECTION OF MOTHER-IN-LAW'S RESIDENCE IN PREPARATION FOR THE SALE OF THE HOME. HE POINTED OUT SOME MINOR PAINTING TO BE DONE AND 3 GFI RECEPTACLES THAT HAD TO BE INSTALLED.
