Dasher Garage & Tire

I love taking our vehicles to Dasher Garage. I would recommend them to anyone for any service or repair on your vehicle. We also recently started purchasing new tires for all of our vehicles from them. Their prices are consistently lower than quotes we have received for tires from other places in Lansing and Leavenworth. Very professional and on-time! I woud highly recommend them to anyone!

Well It's actually all quite strange. My husband took his 1000$ car there. It had been overheating. After two days they call back and said 600$ to fix it. We agreed because it was paid off and still running decent. A whole day later they called and said we needed to come in. They told us it was now 1400 but only after the preformed the 600$ worth of work. Ironically the "new issue" was directly next to the problem they were correcting. Why wouldn't they have noticed the additional charge before they performed the original work. The car wasn't worth 1400$ so we just said don't do it. Then they said it might or might not run if we don't do 1400$ which is weird because it ran when we got there. Long story short my husband asked if what was his best option financially to do. The options they gave were. Pay them 600$ for a car that might not be fixed, or $300 for the car not put back together, or for 200$ and the title they would just keep it and junk it. He felt pressured that was the best idea. Next day turns out a mechanic bought the car from mechanic shop owner to give to his sister. We sent my husbands brother in to get all our belongings out. He refused to let him check the vehicle to make sure everything was out, cd's , paperwork, pictures, ect. We have no idea if everything is out or not. The worst part is he plays the hero like he did my husband a favor.

They called back and told me my new battery tested bad and they helped me get it replaced by the third party vendor. They also diagnosed and fixed a long standing problem and covered it with a warranty. My peace of mind followed.

All is well... no complaints.

We've used them over the last six or seven years consistently. They clearly explain everything that is wrong with the vehicle and they actually show you and explain. They're very prompt in their work and are very thorough.

They've done quite a bit of work for us. We've been using them for 7 years. They're very good and we felt that they're reliable. They don't over charge. I'm mostly happy but sometimes they don't call you back. You have to wait around but they're good guys.

We have had fabulous experience with them. My husband does the car stuff and he is always satisfied with the price, availability and the honesty of the gentleman. They are honest and will tell you right up what needs to be done. They give you options on what you need to do. They are very trustworthy.

We've used Dasher several times throughout the last years, and have been mostly satisfied with their services. They got to my van quickly, diagnose problems accurately and don't charge too much.

I was able to get an appointment the afternoon of the day that I called. They volunteered that they were running a special that would save a good bit of money. I don't recall the exact amount, but it was very reasonable. They did a very complete job, and discussed it with me in detail. Both my friend and I were very pleased with their service. Dasher has serviced my older Dodge truck for several years, and I will continue to return there.
