Solid Ground Excavating

Solid Ground Excavating exceeded my expectations in both diagnosing and repairing my septic system problems.  Solid Ground Excavating was recommended by Honey-Wagon, another highly respected company. Clint, the owner, worked with his son, Brycen, to repair the system after Clint worked with Donovan from Johnson County Environmental (the government agency which has to sign off on the project when it’s finished) to brain-storm solutions.  Clint said it was one of the more challenging projects that he has worked on, in terms of trying to find a workable solution.  I appreciate Clint’s perseverance and conscientiousness. They accomplished all of this within an 8 hour day.  There was so much to do, to troubleshoot, and to discuss, that by 1 p.m., I wondered how many days it would take, but by 5 p.m. the same day, they were all finished, including putting the dirt back and patting it down into place. It’s noteworthy that I had interviewed 6 other companies on the Johnson County list of septic system contractors before I talked to Clint, and none of them went to the problem area that Clint pinpointed very quickly. They had wildly different ideas. Each pointed to different locations in the system, & offered different solutions, none of which would have solved the problem. None of them addressed the actual source of the problem that Clint pinpointed and repaired.
