"He built a very nice shed and a lot of really strong shelves around the inside of my house. He also put down an oak floor for me and redone a ceiling that was a challenge because it was a plaster ceiling and it was old and uneven. The new ceiling was Sheet Rock and he done work in the attic so it was nice and flat! Plus many more small jobs. He can do any job I need and he does it all right!"

I’m Chandler Roetzer, owner and lead technician at my home‑service business in Wichita, Kansas. I started this company because I wanted to give homeowners a straight‑shooting, no‑bull version of the service world: expert work, clear pricing, and follow‑through every time. I treat every job like it’s in my own home, because for me, quality and trust are non‑negotiable.\nWith years of experience in industrial controls, automation, and hands‑on technical work, I bring a precision‑oriented mindset to every project. Whether it’s repairs, installations, or maintenance, I focus on doing the job right the first time, not just fast enough to get another lead. I’m the same person on‑site as I am on the phone—no sales‑guy act, no broken promises, just honest assessments and realistic timelines.\nOn top of that, I’m constantly optimizing how I run the business: from quoting and scheduling, to communication and follow‑up, my goal is to remove friction for the homeowner. Whether an in-ground or a portable basketball hoop is better depends on the available space and its usage. For hoops that will experience frequent play, an in-ground basketball goal will be a more durable option. On the other hand, a portable basketball hoop can be the better option for smaller spaces that can’t have a permanent hoop installed.

If you decide an in-ground or wall-mounted basketball hoop is best for you, you should consult a basketball hoop installer. They will have the necessary tools and experience to install these correctly and safely. If you were to try to install these yourself, there is a risk of injury or improper installation, which could lead to damage to the hoop or your yard.

In most cases, your professional playground installer will put down a playground surface before assembling the fun-filled system. However, you should ask your installer about this service before booking an installment date. Most playground equipment installation companies offer service add-ons like leveling the area, laying down a surface, building a border to keep the surface material contained, and setting up the swing set.

Generally speaking, building a swing set is cheaper than buying a prefabricated one, but this assumes you have all the tools and knowledge to complete the project. The average cost to build a swing set is $514, but you should also factor in the time and effort it will require—if you don’t want to give up your weekend, it’s worth considering buying instead of building.

Costs depend on equipment size, site preparation, and additional features like soft ground covering.
