I had used Stone Masons, Inc. before in 2010 and 2011 to have repointing of the mortar on our brick house done. They also cleaned the 70 years old stone portions of our Tudor-style house with an acid wash to get rid of graying. They also corrected a problem with our chimney. I loved their attention to detail. The house had been repointed before and in some places the mortar was the wrong color and it looked obvious from the street. Stone Masons. Inc. got the color right, they were able to match the original 1938 color and correct all the previous bad work had been done. When the house was hit by a car late in 2011, I was required by my insurer to get several estimates. Some masons who came out said they had no idea how to fix it or said they lacked a sufficient number of employees to do the job. A wall of brick had been moved several inches, separating it from the house. Stone Masons, Inc. knew exactly what to do and did it with confidence. We have had no problems with their repair.
