On the phone, I was very specific about what I needed. I had other quotes ranging from $350 to $400. Fisher said he could do it for $200. He id approximately one third of the work and said he would come back the next day. I paid the $200. He never returned and told me there is no way he can do it for less than $500.00. Now I have to find someone else to finish the work. This guy is a fraud.
