I have a home warranty and Steinmetz is their contractor. I have used them numerous times. They have jacked up stuff like my heater and then left only to come back 4 times to fix it right! As well, I have never gotten a next day appointment. Even when it was 40 degrees in my house and 15 degrees outside! I have even recommended that AHS stop using them! They don't fix things correctly and then it ends costing you later when you have to call them back out. They even quoted me $700 for a drip pan in the AC unit! When the owner showed up, I wouldn't allow him in my home until he agreed on a much lower price! The last straw was in July of 2017. The A/C stopped working. Interesting, that a year ago I had a repair guy come out and fix the same thing from Steinmetz! They are crooks! Anwyays, I had to wait 5 days for a tech to even come out! It was 90 upstairs and 85 on the main floor with outside temps in the mid to high 90's. I can't stand this company!
