I've never been treated so poorly by a company, especially by the owner Doug Lytle. He told us that he wasn't responsible for the issuses with the cabinets or the 4 week delay (due to them buying new machinery).
The first issue we had was they measured wrong and our cabinets didn't fit. Doug did agree this was wrong and they fixed it. However they wouldn't fix how our applicances fit into the cabinets even though they knew about applicance measurements before the install. Our GC actually made our applicances fit AFTER Profile said they were through with us.
The other problems with the cabinets include doors that don't join properly at the bottom, mismatched paint (some parts of the cabinets are white, some have a pink shade to them), and where the cabinets should be smooth they are rough. Our GC fixed the cabinet drawers as Profile didn't take the time to properly install them and our drawers didn't close.
We thought were were getting a good deal on the cabinets but after all the pain and agony of dealing with the horrible company (the owner needs a lesson in how to be nice/professional) I would have paid $50,000 to get what I wanted and be treated professionally.
