While the project was handled well with the bid and installation, follow up was terrible. When a gate was dragging on the footing and I noticed cracks in the fence I spoke with like 6 people in their office and was given the run around and couldn't get a call back. When they finally came out like 6-7 weeks later they discovered the fence posts were not set straight they corrected but they just showed up without any notification.

The salesman Kevin was pushy and inappropriate with his comments. He gave an install date, picked up the deposit check and then because he did not turn it in with his office for a few days the install date was pushed back another 3 weeks. Despite several phone calls to the office the only time he called was after I called him and left message. Then he gave several excuses as to why the fence could not be installed sooner. After several more phone calls to the office I spoke with their accountant. He made several more promises to me. The only follow-up that I received from him was an email with my final invoice. When I spoke with the office and explained that I needed to speak with him prior to making payment then I received phone call. The gentlemen that did the actual install of the fence were great. They did a fantastic job. The only problem with the install was one of the gates is not the width that was requested. This was not the fault of the installers however, their supervisor, Keith made the marks for the fence posts and they followed his marks. Unfortunately the marks for the gate were short. I have another fence that I need to have installed. This company will not be getting my business for that fence, nor will I recommend them to any of my friends, family, or anyone else.

Job went great they were in and out in 2 days, fence looks great supervisor came back on 3rd day checked work and made sure I was satisfied with job performed.

Absolutely awesome experience. Estimate was done in a timely manner. Estimate was right on. Our fencing was done in 2 days. Posts were set in concrete and the fencing is as perfect as their name. I will use them again if the need arises. I highly recommend Perfect Fence!

The gate has been in place for a year and a half and still works perfectly.

They were great.  The only problem was a slight mis-measure so the bill ended up being more than the estimate.  They only charged for the materials though and discounted some other labor that we were told we might encounter due to utility lines and other things.  I would reccomend them to anyone who needs a fence.  Great company and very straightforward that an error was made and that they would do what they could to make up for it.  That accountability means a lot these days.

Chris with Perfect Fence is on the ball, has a great crew who really work hard to get the job done and get it done fast.  They are very neat and clean.  No mess left behind whatsoever.  Very pleased with the job.

Perfect Fence was the only provider I contacted who were able to make a gate to fit my driveway. The gate slides easily and Eric and his associate were happy to make modifications during construction to enhance aesthetics and security.

They were prompt, friendly and we couldn't be happier with the job they did!

The estimator arrived right on time and wrote out my estimate, which was the lowest of three estimates I had received.  I paid my deposit ($1,000) and we scheduled the job;  the installers showed up exactly when they were supposed to.  At the end of the first day the posts were set and all looked fine.  The installers called me at the end of their second day to let me know they were finished so I could come and pay the remainder of the balance ($1,400).  When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was a 2" gap between the closed gate and the post.  I didn't say anything, although I thought this looked shoddy.  I then noticed that where the fence was supposed to attach to the house, there was an open space that was nearly a full picket width - the fence stopped a good 4" shy of the house.  When I commented on this, the installer informed me that it looked like my dog was too fat to squeeze through, so it should be okay.  He offered to leave me a picket so I could fix it myself.  I took him up on that.  Great.  I get to look forward to going home and fixing my brand new fence.  Nice going, guys.

Well, it went very well. They were always on time, they finished the project in a timely matter and we're respectful. 

It was a free estimate and they never bothered my family, and they always let us know when they would be working.
