**Review:** ⭐☆☆☆☆ He left popcorn remnants that show through the knockdown, and the pattern looks like a mess of zebra stripes going in all directions. The edges were not cleaned before caulking, leaving popcorn in the caulk, and the corners look like he just slapped on some mud. He didn’t prime the ceiling, so stains are bleeding through. The paint job is equally bad—so light in some rooms that the old color shows through, and there’s new paint all over my trim. When they tried to touch up the trim, they used the wrong color, making everything look even worse. When I tried to address my concerns, Jimmy got defensive, yelling over my husband and calling me a "picky mother f’er." He made me so uncomfortable that I had to leave my own house when he came back to "fix" a few things, which only made it worse. Now I have to hire someone to redo everything. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would never recommend Jimmy to anyone.

Jimmy O"Neal and his team rushed our ceiling texturing process; the texturing flaked (20%) within 4 hours. He re-textured the ceiling again the next day and it flaked again (10%). He returned a third time and 5% the ceiling flaked afterward. He left me a bucket of paint and made excuses: poor product, shower moisture and finally ceiling moisture. I finally completed the project after 3 hours of my time and efforts.

Do not hire!!! I am very disappointed. Jim came out to paint my living room, did poor quality work and never came back out to finish the job. 1. Jim was very pushy about using Sherwin Williams for the paint because of his discount but there was no paint discount for the paint he provided. The final price he charged me was more than he quoted be due to him not accounting for all of the materials that would be needed. 2. Before he left, I could see several places where the old paint was showing through. I had to point out the areas where the was not painted correctly. He repainted a small section of the wall. When the paint dried, the ENTIRE room needed another coat of paint. From the cut in down to the base boards there were LOTS of places the old paint color was coming through even though he said the paint had primer in it. 3. Jim said he would come back out and take at the room. He did not show up or return my call. 4. There are 3 places in the living room where the paint has stained my carpet, there is a smear of paint on one of my chairs and a blanket. Bottom-line, this was not professional level work. If you are looking for a DIY quality job, then maybe you will be happy. A professional should be do the job right the first time and stand by their work until it's right.

Jim O'Neal was excellent, and we had 5 star service from the time he came for a bid until the job was complete. His estimate was done at the time of the bid in writing and with clear instructions on what he needed for the job. He arranged the date and start time for the project and he was here on time each day and very clean with his tools and work. His workmanship is outstanding and we would highly recommend his service. We are very pleased with his work. Please give him the highest rating.
