It went wonderful. They were very efficient. They gave us a quote and the salesman was very thorough and he even came back and remeasured for us so we would know exactly where it was going to go. There were 3 installers and they did a wonderful job. They did it in one day. I had checked them out and their quote was reasonable.

Overall, the project proceeded as planned. A time was arranged with Paul for him to review the proposed project on-site. The bid he provided was very competitive and was submitted in a timely fashion. He provided a materials list, which I purchased myself and had delivered to the construction site. I was pleased with the quality of craftsmanship involved in the construction process and the cleanup of the site on completion. I have have no complaints.

Paul was the fifth company we called to estimate our deck. We were impressed that he did not push products down our throat like all of the other companies. When we asked him about composite, he answered questions and let us decide the product to use. After initial measurements, Paul sent a member of his team to draft the final design. We were very surprised to see four engineered cad drawings in our inbox three days later. Using these drafts, Paul created a material list and received estimates from over five different lumber companies. He also was kind enough to give me a copy of the material list and allow me to shop for the best deal on materials. After agreeing to the contract on Tuesday, Paul and his team began work Thursday evening. Thursday we had posts dug and poured. Friday we had the ledger installed. Saturday the deck was framed. Sunday we had flooring completed and railings. Monday our steps were finished. Tuesday the decorations and wrapping were attached. It was amazing. His crew were always on time and were polite to my wife and kids. They cleaned the site each day and made sure to organize the lumber. The deck looks better than we ever imagined. Paul took his time on each cut and we ended up with little-to-no wasted material. You will not find a better deck builder. His work comes with a warranty and a very high recommendation.
