Last fall (2019) we decided to do a complete bathroom remodel and replace the tub with a shower and bench. The project also included replacing the double sink vanity top, replacing the vinyl flooring with tile as well as replacing the toilet and all fixtures. After discussing and receiving quotes from three very reputable contractors, it was clear the local KC Handyman team was heads and shoulders above the other two local firms. Being in construction, I really appreciated the thoroughness of the estimate and their suggestions on a few items that ultimately were more practical and saved us money. What remained was following through with the construction phase, wow did they deliver! The Onyx enclosed custom shower is stunning, the workmanship on the custom bench and glass doors equally outstanding. The Onyx vanity compliments the shower wonderfully and the flooring and toilet replacement all went without a hitch. We really like and enjoy the look of the Onyx product and the very low maintenance needed to keep it looking brand new. All old items were hauled off and the prep work and planning to make sure we were put out the least was well thought out. It has been 6 months since the project was completed and our bathroom looks GREAT and everything is working flawlessly. I don't know how things could have been better. The KC Handyman team/family led by Dave are honest, hard-working professionals. They provided us a very high quality and local custom manufactured solution for less money than the quality alternatives we considered. We will definitely hire the local KC Handyman team for our next bathroom remodel. 5 star++

Dave and his guys were wonderful to have in the house. I felt like they had my best interests in mind as they planned. They were careful about the rest of the bathroom, as well, as they worked. Like any project, part way through there were changes that we added. Dave was very helpful in making decisions and being willing to do the extra work. (We added a shower head on a separate wall that was to be tied into the bathtub plumbing) Of course they found things in the wall, that needed to be addressed ( the vent pipe was going directly up the wall where I wanted to put an inset shower shelf) . They were able to re- route the vent quickly and perfectly. They installed the onyx so perfectly that it didn't disturb the original woodwork on the outside of the shower door. We replaced the shower door with solid trim-less glass, which was subcontracted. They know where they are VERY good and that is what they do. Dave and his guys were wonderful to have on site, and I would hire them again to do any kind of kitchen or bath construction.

 David Sensinstaffar said everything they would do and they did everything exactly as he said.  They were on time and didn't stop until everything was done to our satisfaction.  We could not be happier and the bathrooms are beautiful.  Would recommend David and his crew all day and everyday.  My house was cleaner when they left than when the arrived.

Handyman USA completed the work as requested and even made it better than we expected. They cut back walls, installed a beautiful French door, replaced the floor, and gave us a much larger, gorgeous shower.  Dave is full of good ideas and knows the possibilities that most homeowners are unfamiliar with.  The whole crew is very professional and dependable.  Plus, even with the extras he suggested, they were able to stay within the quoted price.  There is a definite pride in their workmanship and it shows. I've recommended them to friends and would call them in a flash for another project.
