NELLY'S ALTERATION

Quality of the work was very good and the clothes were ready within three or four days - I've never had alterations done so quickly!

I had called for prices and was only told the hemming price. Everything else was and quot;we'd have to see the itemand quot;. When I walked in the door, one lady was sewing and took her time coming to the counter. There was only one person there. I told her what I needed and she motioned to a cressing area. She never really said anything in greeting or otherwise. As she was pinning the first pair of pants, I asked twice how much the cost would be, and she didn't answer. The third time, she named a price I thought was too high. On the second pair of pants, she did the same and then named a price that was twice as much as the price for the first pair of pants. She then returned to sewing. I told my husband and he was as shocked as I was. So I went to the counter and told her I didn't think I was going to leave them, so I would remove the pins. She said nothing, came to the counter, helped take out pins, and I left.

I really like them. They do a really good job. I think they are reasonable. They are very busy.
