After contacting several estate sale companies, Mojo Estate Sales handled selling my items. I had grown very frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from several other companies. Arin and Mojo Estate Sales was fabulous! She explained their services clearly and was quick to help me with a solution for my sale. Her communication was great from start to finish. The items were displayed attractively and appeared to be marked appropriately - and it paid off!. I was very pleased with the financial results of the sale. I would definitely use them again.

Arin (the owner) returned my call promptly and made arrangements to come out in a very timely manner to go over her services and take a look to see if my stuff was do-able for an estate sale. She estimated things to be at the borderline point of a sale being worth everyone's effort, and I didn't book her right then.
After further organizing and research, I decided to go ahead and have Arin do a sale. She was able to schedule the sale right when I needed it.Arin runs a full-service outfit. Since I wasn't getting rid of *everything*, I did have to sort and close off a couple rooms with items not to be sold.
Arin took care of the rest - sorting, staging, pricing. And when the sale was over, she took care of everything that didn't sell and handed me a charitable contribution receipt along with the proceeds from the sale.
It was an excellent, outstanding experience all the way around. I can't recommend Mojo Estate Sales enough!
