POOR. MARY ANN CALLED AT LAST MINUTE TO RESCHEDULE TWO ESTIMATE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT GOOD EXPLANATIONS. WE GAVE UP AND CALLED SOMEONE ELSE.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT MARY ANN AND HER DAUGHTER BECKY. WHEN MARY ANN PUT THE FIRST 3 STRIPS OF PAPER ON THE BEDROOM WALL, SHE COULD SEE THE SEAMS, BECAUSE THERE WAS A DEFECT IN THE PAPER. SHE TOOK IT DOWN AND TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO FIND ME DIFFERENT PAPER (THE ONE I HAD PICKED WAS THE LAST AVAILABLE). SHE FOUND ME SOMETHING BETTER AND DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME FOR HER TIME. SHE TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HER WORK AND YOU WON'T FIND BETTER. WITHOUT A DOUBT, SHE IS THE BEST PERSON I HAVE EVER HIRED TO DO ANYTHING!!!
