Everything was excellent; they were fantastic, courteous, and did good clean up. It was a pleasure.

They were okay. I think they were pretty standard. They did have pretty good follow up. They had a person that called us back a couple of times to make sure we were happy after the service was done. The guys that came out to work on it were very professional. They took back some of the extra baseboards we had, and I thought that was kind of nice of them. We ended up not using all the baseboards that we had bought and they took them back to Lowe’s for us, and then Lowe’s gave us a refund on my credit card. So, they made it really easy and that was a good feature. I thought they scuffed the baseboards a little bit more than they needed to when they put the carpeting in. We have had carpets done before and I don’t think carpet layers are very careful sometimes about the woodwork when they put the carpet down. There are some kind of bad scuffs around the doors and stuff too, and I just don’t think that they were extremely careful when they were doing it. We had bought pretty good carpet so we have been pretty happy with it. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot on the service. We also got a new toilet up in one of the bathrooms and they arranged that for us through another company. I was pretty impressed with that. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot and I have to say I was impressed. They were good on responsiveness.

They did a really good job.  The person who came out was knowledgeable and experienced.  We had a sliding glass and a window in the kitchen that needed some customization because of the sizes.  They were able to work out a way to accommodate us and do the installation.  They kept the look and feel of the house the way it was original.  They knew the construction methodology.  This year I wanted to replace some more windows and so I ordered it from them.  They are great and their price was fair.
