They were fine. My sister in laws brother did the negotiations for me. He did a much better job than I would have. I was offered extra warranties and stuff but I wasn't pressured.

I have been very happy with them. They are very close to my house, which is a good thing but they are very efficient. I go in there and I don't have to worry about having to spend a lot of time. They seem like they have really got their act together. They get people in and out pretty quick. I can get an appointment on a Saturday very easily, and don't have to ruin or spend too much time on a Saturday when maintenance is being done on my car. I haven't had any major repairs on the car yet because it has got less than 50,000 miles still. I have a lot of confidence that, if I did have any issues, they would definitely be where I would take it, and I would definitely buy another car from them too. They are very professional. I had a problem with my satellite radio when I first bought the car and they gave me free satellite radio service for quite a while, a lot longer than I expected. They turned it off when I had an issue with it, and I called the salesman that I had used when I bought the car, and he was just really nice. He called up the satellite radio company again and I ended up with another free year of service. I thought that was great. I had satellite radio for free for about two years. I was pretty happy with that. The salesman was really helpful with that. The waiting room area is really nice. They have got TV on one side and no TV on the other if I want quiet. It is just a real comfortable waiting area. I can have bottled water, coffee and stuff like that if I want. They never make me wait too long just for the maintenance stuff. They are kind of high on pricing.

This is a fantastic dealership. The team is professional, courteous, and respect your boundaries. I did not feel hard-pressed at any point. I purchased a used Prius for a great price with a two-year service contract. I have a great car and peace of mind. There is a reason this dealership is recognized as one of the best in the Kansas City area!

I am very pleased with their customer service and the work they do. The mechanics are great at explaining what is happening with your car, and not trying to push things on you.

We get very good service there. They were very economically prices and their service was fast and good. My wife is taking it back to them to check the motor for the air conditioning in her car. We are thinking of buying a vehicle from them as well. They took good care of my wife. They dropped and picked her up from her work. They did not try and cheat her. My wife spent around $150 on the electrical work. Everything was done right on time. We are very happy with the dealership. The lady who greets the people there really follows up.
