The company was prompt in arriving for an emergency snake removal job. While the job itself was not completed in an ideal matter, once the owner was contacted he had a customer service focused and did what he could to remediate the situation after the fact.

The technician charged me 95.00 to come over and spary for wasp.  He did a spray on the exterior of the home.  He didn't do any spraying inside the home.  He did look at the fireplace, he only had to remove some of the glass in front of the fireplace.  It erked me a little that he mentioned that he should of charged me for looking at the fireplace. Additionally I found it a unprofessional that he asked me if I had a ladder when he was over.  I would think that a pest control technician would have a ladder on his truck.  However  the real problem came when he left.  Later last night I noticed a few wasps still alive and I called him back.  He said that he did all he could do, and if he came back out it would be another $50.00 to come back out and take another look.  This morning I have found several wasp alive inside the house.  When I contacted him today, he was a little curt on the phone and again said tough luck and if I needed him to come back out again it would be $50.00.  My feeling is that he should of finsihed the job the first time around and secondly, if he had any sense of customer service, he would of offered to come back out and at least take a look a second time for no additional cost.
