Repaired and waterproofed a leak in basement wall. Work was done in a timely manner, workers were courteous, worked hard and cleaned up the site when they finished. We would definitely hire this company again.

I have had a series of water -in -the -basement problems.The last was flooding along one wall. I had one service which patched cracks and stopped it for a season. Then I had KC Pier come out and put in plastic sheeting and a french drain. All dry for a while then more water from further along the wall. They came and put in more sheeting and extended the drain-for no extra cost!! All dry now. Great team!! Recommend highly!

Brian and his team helps us with a basement repair and I can say without a doubt we would hire them again. I doubt we will have to because the job looks great and we are now looking forward to a rain because we are confident the repair has worked.

The actual process of having our foundation raised was stressful not knowing really what to expect. However, the people we dealt with through the whole job were fantastic, especially Brian and Adam! We felt there was no huge sales pitch to do unnecessary work while still assuring the correct needs for stabilizing our home. They were very knowledgeable, professional and did a wonderful job of communicating through the whole process. The young men doing the manual labor were hard working and very professional; the clean up after the job was completed was terrific. After consulting with multiple companies, we are very happy we selected KC Pier for this major project. Great job; thank you so much!

The day before the start I received a call say they were behind on their current job and need to start a day later. They arrived as scheduled and went right to work. The first they were really making progress. They were friendly but professional. They answered all of our questions. The second week Monday one person showed up that morning. About 3:30 a couple more showed up they were gone by 4:30. Tuesday morning a partial crew showed up and worked most of the day. Wednesday none showed up. Thursday two workers came about 9:30 walked around the outside of the house and saw that two of the basement windows had not been put back in. They put the windows in and left. They were there less than 45 minuets. Friday nobody showed up. Nobody showed up for a week. I called the company inform them of the situation. After a couple emails, voice mails I finally was referred to the Operations Manager. I explained my frustration and he assured me he would take care of it. Not only was the full crew there at 8:30 the Operation Manager was there. I explained some of my concerns on the quality of work. He came back and he resolved my issues and he did the finishing touches to the inside walls. I believe the Operation Managers name was Brian. He get all the credit. Thank you

KC Pier was awesome! We chose them because they did not pressure you to hire their company and they answered all your questions with thorough explanations. There was no sales pitch and no gimmicks. Everyone I worked with, especially Eric and Brian, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with years of experience. They finished the work in the time they said they would (two days) and left our house and yard exactly as it was when they arrived. In fact if there wasn’t a sign in our yard advertising KC Pier no one would know they had been there. Fixing a foundation can be extremely frustrating and stressful but KC Pier kept us calm and deliver what they promised. I highly recommend their company!

KC Pier qas fantadtic! We chise them because of the assessment and logic behind the work we needed done. They also continues working with us through the process answering questions and helping us make an informed decision! They were able to get in really quick and complete the work and did it all in less than 3 days! we are so happy eith our choice to work with KC Pier!

The overall experience with KC Pier was great! All of the crew were exceptionally polite and courteous. They made sure to take great care of our house and the work that had to be done. There were a few items that needed to be adjusted and they did that with no qualms what so ever. I would highly recommend them to anyone having foundation work. Great job!

Great relief. Clear explanation of steps. Professional. Worked around times I needed for my home officd. All debris promptly disposed off site. Crew respectful of home space.. Project completed early. I am very satisfied.

The guys did a great job when it came down to the work. My only complaints are they used our tools that we had in the house, such as our personal shop-vac was used, shovel, one respirator and a package of masks were used, and the toilet was not flushed. Terry bought us new masks and a respirator, but I'm not sure why they would use our equipment that we had laying around the house. The work was completed and looks professionally done. The crew didn't seem to care much for our belongings though.

We were so pleased to work with Erik and the team. Erik personally came by and did the project with a team member himself due to a tight timeline we had. They were so easy to work with, prompt, and explained everything so easily. Would highly recommend!

They did a great job in sealing/using membrane on outside of basement walls, as well as injection sealant from inside of basement. I interviewed 2 other basement repair contractors and they were only offering the injection sealant from the inside only. I really like that the 2 major cracks were sealed on exterior also with thick poly membrane and tar/pitch. Salesman Mike Wright was very professional and explained the work and methods in detail and in layman's terms. Not sure about money value as I think basement crack repairs are just darn expensive.... would rather spend that money on something nicer for the house - new bathroom vanity, etc. Rated lower on customer service because workmen were not motivated to finish exterior work on Fri morning - even tho rain was not forecasted until 5pm. Unfortunately, holes were dug anyway and left all weekend with rain, with more excuses on Sat am to not finish the job. Project was finally completed on Monday. In spite of lack of professionalism of workers, basement was sealed completely and remains dry after 3 months of pretty wet weather. I would hire them again, and would recommend too.

Very professional and quality work performed. Took a little longer to complete job due to inclement weather, but kept us informed on every aspect of project. Their estimate was very reasonable and competitive.
