This guy took me to the cleaners; he charged me per hour (I have since learned to get job quotes from several people), would go to home depot for parts and be gone for an hour or more. (For which I was charged). It is embarrassing to realize after the fact that I was so incredibly naive, however, he came recommended by my former cleaning lady. Lesson here, aside from cautioning others to never use him, is to get quotes and listen to your intuition. Don't pay if you feel you've been treated unfairly and get more than one reference.
Description of Work: Painting, plumbing, electrical, dish wiring.
