 + 0 moreI am very impressed by 5 things: 1. the quality of the work they do, is exceptional. I've had another printer work on this exact watercolor and could never get the colors just right. Same with the oil painting with lots of black. They use quality inks and papers and canvas. 2. They really know what they're doing, they understand that artists need the reproductions to be EXACT. 3. When they say the work will be done, it's done. 4. They don't nickle and dime you!! They didn't charge extra to remove the framed watercolor from the frame and re-install it. I was very impressed with that. They put my scans on my own thumb drive for no extra charge. 5. Very friendly people. great customer service. I WILL BE BACK!!
Description of Work: IQ took my framed watercolor painting and produced a giclee print on watercolor paper. They also took a difficult oil painting (lot of black) and produced 2 giclee prints on canvas, one stretched on wood frame, one mounted on board. Both pieces were proofed at the same time (affects overall price in customer favor) I did have a coupon for free scan (won the coupon at art meeting) and a 20% off first scan.
