Also tilled the lawn in the fall and added seed and fertilizer. I have had another lawn service for year and the grass was a thin variety that grew quickly at first and then burned out. This seed has started to grow nicely and is coming in very thick.
With a new sprinkler system in the spring I'm looking forward to a great lawn this summer without accidentally over-watering or letting it dry out and killing the grass because of the greedy tree roots in Brookside!
