Marsee had installed a sump pump three years ago, which worked well (and still does). Another area of our old basement leaked in recent heavy storms, so they epoxyed the foundation cracks, jack hammered the concrete floor, built an extension of the drainage area by the wall so it would drain into the existing sump pump. It works great. The basement is dry. They cleaned up well, too. I'd recommend them, and I'd use them again (I just did!).

Every thing was done to our complete satisfaction.  They even recommended a plumber they had worked with before to redo the sewer work in the floor while it was all torn up.  The Plumber was rainbow plumbing.  We also use them to this day.

We really liked the crew.  Glenn said they were just like family, except louder.  Jackhammers are like that.

We were completely satisfied.  if we ever need foundation work again we know who to call.

He was excellent.  My basement was flooding courtesy of the construction work that was done.  They never put sump pumps in and I never knew I needed sump pumps because I'm not from here so my wood was rotting.  I had a brand new basement that was put in that was flooded as soon as there was a big rain which was not cool.  I tried different stuff and then finally had to rip the floor up and put a brand system in and I was not happy about that.  Marsee did a real nice job.  They were very good.  He had to rip up my floor and rip up my wall and put a drainage system.  He did exactly what he said he would and it worked.  I didn't have to check his work because he did his own quality control.  I would recommend my friends.

They had an A rating with Angie's List and the better business bureau as well. They had been in business in three generations. He was very quick and professional. His workers were courteous and clean and they wrapped up the job in 2 and a half days. I was very pleased from start to finish.

I used a coupon for them.  They were timely, prompt and they did a good job.  They cleaned up well after themselves.  They were here when they said they would be.

Marsee and Son, Inc., were highly recommended by those in the know as well as on A's List.  We called them and two other companies for consultations and bids.  Marsee was a bit higher, but due to his knowledge, years in business, and superior recommendations by all asked, we went with Marsee and do not regret a moment of it.  They just completed the job, so their service is still fresh in my mind.  Bill Marsee was on-site a couple times each day of the week the process took place.  His staff members are incredibly hard workers, very polite, had spotless clean-up at the end of each day's work, and were just nice guys, to boot.  
They were also very considerate.  I told them from literally within minutes of arriving the first day that my roses and landscaping are very important to me, so please, be careful of them!   No damage was done to any of the landscaping, which is pretty amazing, considering that they had to put down plywood sheets each day and roll a bobcat over them to get to the basement windows, all within inches, literally, of my rosebushes and other landscaping.  They did meticulous and careful work!  My neighbor even commented that she couldn't tell, at the end of each day, that we were having major work done.      
I highly recommend Marsee and Son, Inc.  Their professionalism was worth every penny, and Jeff is a great supervisor.  A+.

We live in an older home, and discovered some new cracks that alarmed us.  The Marsees had been recommended by the most reliable friends - - a contractor and a residential building inspector and we saw that they were equally highly recommended on Angie's list.  No wonder.  Foundations have been crumbling all over the metro in this drought, so we were pleased that they could get to us as quickly as they did - - two or three weeks, as I recall.

Marsee gave us a timely and fair quote and seemed highly knowledgable about stone foundations and old homes. The job was done on time exactly as quoted. Bill and his team were highly skilled and very professional, we will definitely use them again!

Glen Marsee & Son Foundation Repair, Inc. are not the cheapest contractors around.  I got estimates from three contractors and Marsee was not the cheapest, but they had done work for me before and I liked the work they did.  They have been re-building and re-pairing concrete block foundations around the Prairie Village, KS area for many years and have a good reputation.  The actual work took approximately one week from start to finish, maybe a day or two more.  Bill Marsee (owner) was on the job almost every day and I found them to be hard-working, professional, turning out a nice-looking product, and the clean-up was very good.
    I signed the contract on April 18, 2011 and paid them a deposit of 25% down.  I paid them the balance of the contract on the day they were through work.

It was great, they did a great job.  I thought the pricing was reasonable.

The owner came out with his crew to introduce me to them and to explain to me what they were going to do. Then they got on the job and it took portions of two days to finish the job. He was honest, thorough and cleaned up. His prices were fair and he followed up on his job. I will use him again in the future.

He was a very business minded gentlemen and provided good information and service. I'm very pleased with the support he provided and I was confident that he knew what he was doing. When they replaced the dirt back on the foundation I wasn't completely satisfied with the replacement of the exterior dirt but they did return to work on that part of it again.

The project went very well, took 2 days, very, very nice people. They came prior to estimated date.

The name of the company is actually Glenn Marsee & Son, not "Gene". I have used the services of Bill Marsee three times over the past 15 years and been very pleased. The most recent was to install ten vertical steel braces on my mother's basement foundation wall, inject epoxy to seal cracks in the foundation and install angle iron on the exterior of the foundation to support the brick fascia. Additionally, his crew created a swale to redirect water away from the foundation. Finally, the also did tuck-pointi repairs to the stone retaining wall along the west property line. As always the work was done promptly, professionally and courteously. They leave the worksite clean on completion. And when the city inspector came to approve the completed work, upon finding that Marsee did the work, he remarked that their work is always excellent. The structural engineer we used in securing the permit was a satisfied client as well.

I think he is the best in the town and his quality of service is wonderful. I have hired him many times and never had the same problem again once he has worked on it. He is very busy so it takes a little while to get him; however, once he is here everything goes absolutely fine.

As I was several years ago when I hired them to install an I-beam in my basement, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Glenn Marsee firm. They turned up as promised and did a fine job in all respects. I watched them pour the new footing so now it is substantial and carefully done. They finished off the concrete block superstructure with an attractive coating and carefully cleaned up afterwards.
