Garage floor was epoxied in 2022. Floor started cracking in 2024. Wrote to business. Executive Admin, Chrissy, responded and said she had passed my message along. Never heard back from my rep, Dave, who was great to work with initially. Emailed again. Said message would be passed to Blaine. No response. And again. No response. Now another two years later, floor is peeling in multiple areas. Other companies won’t touch it. They’ve said ECS is a reputable company but that has not been my experience. This was a company recommended by a neighbor. Super disappointed in their level of professionalism and their work.
