Description of Work: We tried to contact the company via online form, two phone calls and by email. No luck. We wanted to get mold testing done at my daughter and Son-In-Laws home and made it clear that we would be paying for the testing. They live in a bad area of town but it is one that Envirofocus does cover according to their website. My Son-In-law is very sick and we need to move quickly. I am not a demanding person but I would expect at least the courtesy of an email reply from these folks saying that they want the job or it's too small for them. At that point we can move on. Here's an update... My daughter tried to contact them herself, no luck. She went to the website to find an office location so she could put in a request in person. There was no office address on the website. She finally was able to contact someone from the company who said the closest office was in New York and had no offices in Kansas City. That would explain why I received no phone call or email reply. Thanks Envirofocus. I guess if you don't have a multimillion dollar, multi-story building, they won't do business with you. At least let folks know that you are not in the residential mold testing/remediation business on your website. In the mean time, my son-in-law is getting sicker and sicker. Oct 2, 2012 update. Due to health issues, my daughter and son in law moved out of the house and out of the area and the contact info is probably no longer valid, so we are closing the book on out dealing with this company.
