EAGLE PLUMBING & REPAIRS, LLC
About us
Eagle Plumbing & Repairs is an all around plumbing service and handyman service. The Back ground of the owner Tony Grecco had worked years in the apartment maintenance, and commercial building maintenance field. This gave the owner opportunities to work in many areas of the trade’s field. Electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC repairs, carpentry, pool maintenance and repairs, landscaping, sheetrock repairs, tile repairs, painting, ect… Eagle Plumbing & Repairs is a small company that can offer more personal service then larger companies. We will never sell you anything you don’t need. Most large companies have their service techs try and sell you items that you really don’t need in order to gain a commission check. Not Eagle Plumbing & Repairs, We understand everyone works hard for their money. We will try our best to save you money. For instance all companies mark up prices on materials, they could not stay in business if they did not mark up prices. Eagle Plumbing & Repairs will give you the option of going out and purchasing your materials and save you the mark up price. We will save you money is by educating you. Some home repairs are very simple to complete. We will tell you what you can do in order to save you from having to call a professional out just for something simple that you could have done yourself. We will also offer on lager remolding jobs an opportunity to work as an apprentice, saving you the cost of having to pay us for additional labor. We will save you money with our hourly rate is structured. Most companies charge a service call fee. This fee is to cover the cost of the time it takes to trouble shoot whatever problem you are having as well as the cost it takes to arrive at your home. Generally this is the first hour of labor. After the first hour of labor most companies will charge by the half hour, Eagle Plumbing and Repairs charges by the quarter hour after the first hour of labor. Another way we will try to save you money is by scheduling. Most everyone works from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. You lose money by having to take time off work to wait for a repairman to show up. Eagle Plumbing & Repairs will try our best to make evening and Saturday appointments, saving you from losing a day pay. Although this may not be easily done due to scheduling of our work load, we will try to accommodate you. By now you should see that we are and honest and fare priced company willing to help our customers anyway we can. Eagle plumbing & Repairs specializes in “Quick Fix”, this does not mean it is poor workmanship. What it means is we handle mostly small repair jobs. Like those honey do list around your home or business you either don’t have time to handle or the knowledge to handle. Please do not misunderstand Eagle Plumbing & Repairs also handles Lager task as well. Example of a small task is a leaky faucet, install a ceiling fan, ect…Things that shouldn’t take more than a couple hours to complete. Example of a large task is replacement of a hot water heater, Remodel a Kitchen or bath, tile a wall or floor, Things that take more than 4 hours to complete. Eagle Plumbing & Repairs philosophy is ”Fix it Right.” We DO NOT like call backs on repairs. How many times have you experience a repair made by someone then later on have to call another out and hear, “They didn’t do this right.” Eagle Plumbing & Repairs will inform you of what it will take to “DO IT RIGHT.” Sometimes this will cost more. It’s better to DO IT RIGHT the first time then have a problem later on down the road.

"As with any busy company, and home warranty companies do keep contractors busy. An apology for the delay of contact was made. As far as rudeness. I have to say it's hard to talk to someone while working under a sink or installing a hot water heater. It is a misconception that warranty work orders are same day service. If a Warranty company categorizes a work order as priority or emergency, that is something the warranty company determines not the contactor. My company handles each work order in the way a doctors office or emergency room prioritizes patients needs. A water line break and a flooding home will take priority over a running toilet. So your running toilet got put on the waiting list like a doctors office. Again My apologies for not contacting you as fast as you would have liked."
Tony Greco dBA Eagle Plumbing and Repair does fairly descent plumbing work, but does not cleanup and put finishing touches on his work. He installed a bathtub surround, faucet and toilet for me. He did not turn the water on! The tub was filled with drywall dust when he got finished. He left the supply line off of the toilet. He said that the old one was too short. He could have called me and told me to pick one up, before he expected to get paid his money. Luckily, for me everything worked when I got the water turned on. He did not cut the screws off or cover up the toilet at the floor.
He sat down and waited for me one day stating that he did not know where the supplies were for the job. The supplies were sitting right on the cabinet next to the toilet. He did not prep for the job he needed to do while supposedly waiting for me. He found my box of screws and nails that was in the kitchen and helped himself to it!
I had to finish the bathroom wall myself. He should have seen that the paneling was loose and glued and nailed the paneling up.
He also, worked on a wall and closet door for me. The drywall refinishing came out well, but he never got the closet completed.
Check his work in detail before he leaves. He will not come back!
"What (member name removed) fails to mention that the house was under construction and she was acting as the General Contractor after her rental house had caught on fire. She had hired several unlicensed people to do work for her and had not pulled any permits nor did she want any permits pulled. She was uneducated as to what her responsibilities are as a General Contractor. Sub Contractors are not responsible to educate what the General Contractor should already have known. I was more than happy to point out areas that she was over looking. I quoted her my plumbing service was $60.00 per hour and my handyman services were $45.00 per hour. As per our agreement (member name removed) was to provide all materials and I was to provide the labor only. I provided some materials at no charge to (member name removed). The final bill was charged at $45.00 per hour for all services. I showed up on a Saturday and on Sunday when I was normally closed by her request. The City had shut off the water. I had turned it back on to check for any leaks in the plumbing system. Once all was checked and corrected from the poor workmanship from her unqualified people, it is normal practice to turn the water off until (member name removed) had got water service turned back on by the city. It is not normal practice to polish a tub or clean up a mess that was already in place due to the ongoing construction (member name removed) had going on. I think it is amazing some people who wait 6 to 7 months after the fact and file a complaint. Had (member name removed) voiced her concerns at the time of service. I would have been more than happy to address any of them. Please feel free to read my reviews on my web site. I feel I went more than the extra mile for (member name removed) and she is just one of those who find fault no matter how good a job someone dose for her.
