responded quickly, started right in, worked significantly with owners help to clean, wipe, and disinfect stone basement with concrete floor.

Shawn Hawkins was the General Contractor and was responsive when I needed to talk to him. He went over everything with us letting us know how each step would proceed. The work crew showed up on time and got everything done within a couple of days. I was concerned about debris falling into the attic from the tear-off, so Shawn made sure to have a crew come out and take measures to protest the attic. The same crew returned to take off the protective plastic at the end of the job. None of the crew bothered me to use my bathrooms or come inside for anything. The work was beautiful when finished. The clean-up of the attic and the outside of the house was wonderful, too! I was very happy with the work.

The same two technicians that got the siding job done came out to paint the trim. The work was extensive and they showed up on time every day. They were very hard-working technicians and worked very dilligently.

They were amazing.  Ron Folsom was professional and knowledgeable on restoration including what to look for that needs replacing. Farmers didn't originally include replacement of the can lights and the ceiling fans.  Damage Control stated we needed to replace the motors as their life was shortened and motors were corroded. Our alarm company showed us the corrosion on motors that had water flowing through them.  Farmers included payment for the can lights and fans without question.
We were extremely pleased with the work they performed.  We only wish we would have asked them to do the carpeting and the hardwood as McIntyre Mann performed Epic Fail on those areas.  Look at McIntyre Mann's review for details.
