BUILT TO FIT CUSTOM CABINETS

Description of Work: The provider told me they would install custom cabinetry and I waited two months for installation. Mind you they did the cabinets for my whole house, just wanted some additional built ins on the side of the fire place. When the install date came and went without a word I emailed and stated that their lack of communication was becoming a problem. Their email back to me was as follows "We are doing everything we can to make this happen. We are buried in work and one off small projects of this nature are something we do as a favor to past clients. We make no profit on this type of work and they cost us time on our larger projects. The cabinets are being built at this time and will be ready as quickly as possible. The painter has cleared her schedule for this weekend to finish them. If this is not satisfactory to you then please let us know so that we can halt production and move on." So apparently my FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR PROJECT was of no concern to them and couldn't be bothered by it. The emails only became more unprofessional from there, such that I will not repeat them here. They are only interested in doing work for builders and are not going to be there for the cusomer. Their GM Brad was rude to me, my partner and I have never been treated so poorly by any buisness period. After being patient for two months, they canceled because I needed a date they could not provide. On the day they said they would be by to pick up stain, they did not show and did not call to notify me that they would need to reschedul, just didn't show. Again, clearly not concerned with customer service.

Description of Work: Jerry Hoffine of Built To Fit Customs Cabinets did four cabinet doors and two carpentry supports for my bar.
