Bob's is about 30 minutes from my house and there were shops closer but I would drive the additional miles because of the experience I had and the professional way I was treated. Instead of saying you'll have to leave it and we'll get back with you Craig was able to confirm that my drive shift wasn't bent and that all I needed was a new blade.
