BETTER BASEMENT WATERPROOFING

I called Curtis Maxslow (sp?) to schedule an estimate, because he came highly recommended by my realtor. He answered his phone, but did not know his schedule. He stated he would call me back the following day to schedule an estimate appointment. No phone call, so I called him to schedule an appointment. After coming to my house and talking to him, he said he could repair my crack in my basement but that I was out of luck on the water coming in under my door (from the outside). After being told that other companies suggested french drains and other options, he still had no suggestions. Upon leaving he stated he would mail my estimate the next day (Friday), and that I would receive it by Monday. Other companies were able to email me or hand deliver my estimate the same day. After 2 weeks, 5 phone calls and four messages I still have not received an estimate OR a phone call stating he was not interested in doing the job. Real professional.
