Prompt, thorough, professional and reasonable

Michael went above and beyond to help me with my washing machine repair. He first talked me through a process over the phone just to see if I could actually fix it myself . I ended up needing to hire him. He even came back a 2nd time when the first fix didnâ t quite fix it all. AND called me once fixed to make sure it was still working properly.. He knows his stuff- and he will definitely be my go to for ALL appliance repair.

The guy is very professional and clean and I just do not let anyone in my house. I recommend him to anyone to take value the house.

Mike was good about not requiring me to set aside an entire 4 hour block for his visit. He called me a half hour before he was to arrive so I could leave work and meet him there. I had sent him a photo of the model number, etc. so he had parts with him when he arrived.
