Anytime Appliance Repair Service

This company stole money from my mother. Joe came to look at her refrigerator, ran some tests and said the condenser needed replacing. We went ahead with services and paid $450. The new part never worked. We were supposedly given a 90 day warranty on parts. We have attempted to call and leave messages at least 6 times to get this resolved amicably. No one has bothered to even respond. We are moving forward with a police report at this time.

Told us to buy a new fridge. Came out four times. Then quit answering our phone calls. GE Fixed it right away. No new fridge needed. Disappointing

The tech was late to show up the first appointment, but once there worked to figure out that a new motor was needed. The part took two weeks to come in, however, every time I called to check in when I was told the part would be in, it still wasn't in yet. Repair was finally completed, however 2 week later the error message came back. Called the tech again and had an appointment for him to come back and look at it. He no showed. Left a couple of message, but no return phone call. Called the main line and was told someone would call me back to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. No phone call and no one came out to look at my problem again. I am beyond frustrated as now we are having to cart our family's laundry to a laundromat (approx 8 miles away) every week to keep up. With winter setting in and the temperatures dropping this is not acceptable. Original service date was 9/24/16 and today is 12/7/16 with no resolution!

After my last post, someone told them about the post and he came to the house and gave us back $200 of the $300 he charged.  I don't have a problem with that because of the number of trips he made out here, so I have changed his rating to a C.  We should not have had to call him 3 times with no response and then wait till the review posted to get a response from him, but he did at least make good on the charges.

He double checked the parts that I had already replaced to make sure everything was put back together correctly, which it was..His suggestion was to replace the wiring harness if the error returned, which it has not..Joe was very professional and new his trade. I will be calling Joe back if I have any future problems.

Joe showed up after obtaining the problem and the model number for my dryer.  He was delayed due to -0 temps and snow in KC but still arrived the day he promised!  He found the problem, a stripped knob, and swapped out another knob which worked.  We could have ordered a new selector mechanism but chose to see if the unit would function a while longer.  Joe gave honest and appreciated advice about our unit and was very professional.  He deferred any charge until the failed!! Great service, honest and professional!!

My dryer was making a screeching noise, I called Anytime Appliance and Joe was available to come over same afternoon.  He arrived promptly on time, took the dryer apart, explained the problem and called to get prices for the parts. He explained which parts were necessary to replace, and showed me the parts that were worn and the cost of each.  We negotiated the repairs and installation fee and he left to purchase the parts.  On return he replaced the parts and then vacummed all internal surfaces. He was very professional. He also noticed a broken knob on my washer and said he would call me if he came across one.  The next day he called to say he found one and would stop by to replace my knob at my convenience.  I was very impressed with his service and his follow up call. Will definately call him again for any other issues and have already recommended him to a work associate!!

SERVICE MAN CAME OUT ON 10/19 TO FIX MY WASHING MACHINE THAT WASN'T DRAINING, FOUND A SOCK IN THE MACHINE TUB THAT WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM AND ALSO DID SOME OTHER TROUBLESHOOTING TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING BEFORE HE LEFT. HE MADE SURE THE TUB WAS DRAINING, REMOVED THE PUMP AND CLEANED UP THE BUILDUP IN THE WASHER.  HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT.  HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM ON 11/14 WITH SOME BUILD UP IN MY WASH MACHINE VALUES AND THE SAME SERVICE MAN CAME OUT.  HE CLEANED THE VALUES AND DID SOME ADDITIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY.  HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THIS SERVICE CALL WHICH WAS A VERY NICE SURPRISE.  I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT AND FIX MY WASH MACHINE PROBLEMS EITHER THE SAME DAY I CALLED OR THE NEXT DAY.  I PLAN ON USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE REPAIR I HAVE IN THE FUTURE.

I called Joel about my dishwasher. I told him how it was acting. He said he would come look at it. He said it would be

about 2 hours before he could get to me. He was as good as his word. He arrived on time. He was professional in his work.

He fixed the dishwasher and was gone. He was clean and left my kitchen clean. I would recommend Joel for repairs.

Joe arrived on schedule and determined what needed to be done  to get the dryer working.  He ordered the parts and came back the next day to install them.  Joe took extra time to clean out the area where my washer and dryer are and  to install the dryer correctly.  The dryer I have is still sold at Nebraska for $540, so I saved more than $300.   Joe guarantees his work for 90 days but feels confident that the dryer will run for several more years.  I was very pleased with his service.
