The guy did a good job and it is a small company. He was not the cheapest guy, but he did good work. They did high quality work and put in better reinforcement rods than a lot of people who bid on it. They stayed at it, got it done and there have been no cracks, although it has been about the third winter. They worked around some special stuff because I did not want them to tear out the first few feet of my driveway.

Overall I am pleased.  However getting to that point seemed difficult.  We were in a time crunch to have the work done and it caused added stress to the project.  After we signed the contract, the company was having a hard time finding the stamps and color we wanted.  We did not get the first, second or third stamp we wanted because the selection we were sent were not available. 
The reason they got a B rating is because:
  1.  - they did not stamp the steps, they drew the design on.
  2.  - they could not provide me with the stamps or color I orginally chose from their selection.
  3.  - their was a lot of clean up that had to be done and some grass was destroyed.  This may not have been an issue if the work had not been weather delayed.
