+ -1 moreHe didn't recharge and he was $100 less than the other people that kept bugging me after I canceled with them. He did what he was supposed to do. I'm sure I could go back if I have any more problems within a certain length of time. He was very nice about it and replaced it. He didn't give me any flak. It is a little small shop and he and his dad run it. It is in an out of the way place but it was easy to get to. He did the first one on 7/22 and then last week for the second one. They got right to it when I got up there.
Description of Work: They replaced the windshield and then it cracked in the same place again so he replaced it a second time.

+ 0 moreI was very pleased with American Glass back in July of 2009, so when my dad broke out the same window, I did not hesitate to call them again.
Description of Work: I hired American Glass in July 2009. One of the picture windows in my backyard was broken when I hired my lawn to be mowed (didn't own a mower yet). I had gotten several estimates and they had the best quote. Gary helped me back then and was very prompt and nice. He came out, measured the window and then called me as soon as it came in. The window had not broken out completely and he did a very good job of cleaning up all the broken glass and removing it for me. In May 2010, my dad, while weed-eating, broke out the same exact window! I called Gary again and he ordered the window and was out installing it within the week.

+ -1 moreVERY GOOD... WORK WAS FINISHED WITHIN A FEW HOURS. MECHANIC TOOK ME TO WORK WHILE REPAIRS WERE BEING DONE, THEN CAME TO PICK ME UP.
