The gentlemen who did the woodwork and caulking was awesome. There were days that he could have worked and didn't but his quality was great. The porch and sidewalk guy was about a week late getting the job done but the end result was very good. The owner/painter was not dedicated to seeing that his work was quality. I understood that the house would be powerwashed and scraped, neither of which happened. He painted over old paint that should have been scraped. He had to be called and asked to return 3 times. in the end there is still touch up on trim that is required but not worth the aggravation. The readers digest version is it took him 6 weeks to get the job completed. I will give him two weeks due to weather but the rest is a poor attention to getting jobs organized and complete.

I was very pleased with the entire process. Jeff, the owner, we very punctual and dependable through the entire process - from coming over and reviewing the work I needed, submitting a bid, and performing the work. I am very pleased with the end result.
