 + -1 moreEMIL (E'-MUL) CALLED ME BACK WITHIN A FEW HOURS, AND SHOWED UP TO OUR 12:00 APPOINTMENT AT 11:59! THOUGH IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO GET TO MY HOUSE (ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF), THEY DID A GREAT JOB. HIS WORKERS (3 OF THEM) WORKED EXTREMELY HARD, EVEN MY NEIGHBORS COMMENTED ON HOW HARD THEY WORKED. THE HOUSE LOOKS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK THEM TO FIX ONE THING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. ONLY DRAWBACKS: LEFT QUITE A BIT OF SMALL PAINT CHIPS FOR ME TO PICK UP, AND I PICKED UP MANY CIGARETTE BUTTS FROM THE YARD FROM THE WORKERS (NOT VERY POLITE). I'D STILL RECOMMEND THEM, THOUGH. MAYBE AN HOUR OF EXTRA CLEAN-UP WAS WELL WORTH THEIR EXCELLENT WORK.
Description of Work: POWERWASHED EXTERIOR, CAULKED WHERE NEEDED, SCRAPED LOOSE PAINT, PRIMED WOOD TRIM, SPRAYED AND BACK-ROLLED ENTIRE EXTERIOR, PAINTED TRIM IN DIFFERENT COLOR. ALL MATERIALS AND PAINT WERE INCLUDED. THE JOB TOOK TWO AND A HALF-DAYS (SMALL RAIN DELAY).
