I had just moved out and they removed everything and took it to goodwill for me.

Craig and his team are hardworking, reliable, reasonably priced. They are truly my go to and first call for any remodeling, clean up, or put back. As the owner of a real estate company, I refer my clients to AFC without hesitation and rest assured they are in great hands!

I decided to try this company because they offered a coupon with KC Star deal saver.  In the original offer, they specifically stated "Let us do the heavy lifting." I thought that meant they would move furniture such as sofas and heavy coffee tables.  When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told to remove all small pieces of furniture, lamps, etc. from the room and to vaccuum thoroughly, which I did although past carpet cleaners have always dry vaccuumed themselves before starting the cleaning process.

When the two young men came, they did not vaccuum, nor did they move a single stick of furniture. In some cases, I had actually moved the furniture from it's normal place in order to vaccum, but had not removed it from the room because of it's weight. They left it where it was, and thus did not clean areas of the carpet that will be exposed once I put the furniture back in its original spot. I asked about this and was told they did not move furniture, period. First time I have run across this particular policy. There were some  particularly dirty areas near the doors and in front of my husband's recliner. There were a couple of stains. I saw them spray just one of these areas. For the rest, they did nothing to try to pretreat or clean these areas. In fact once they got their equipment hooked up, the whole process took about 15 minutes. They sprayed some kind of cleaning product, they sucked it up with their hose, leaving the whole carpet quite wet, and they left. The floor area adjoining the carpet was left wet and covered with the cleaning product. Some of this floor was wood. They did not clean up after themselves.

I would never hire these people again and will definitely be going back to The Cleaning Edge for my next cleaning.

I met Craig through a friend of mine. My wife and I had not had our carpets professionally cleaned in a long time, we had been using a Hoover steam vac for a long time. I called Craig's office and asked for and received a quote on the size and number of rooms we wanted cleaned. Then I made an appointment to have our carpets cleaned the Monday before Thanksgiving, since we have family coming in to town and staying with us. Craig showed up on time, precisely at 9am, and was ready to go to work. Craig had some kind of sensor and light that helped him identify the areas and degree of stains besides the obvious ones. We have had three pets in the house, all of which had made messes of some sort. Craig pre-treated the stains, and the did an enzyme treatment and then the extraction. The carpet looks incredible. We are extremely happy with Craig's work and will definitely hire him again and will refer him to our friends. Carpet Cleaning $200. Wife coming home and saying "Wow!" - Priceless!
