Poorly. Damian Serrioz is very slow in getting your furniture returned. He rarely has a phone number where he can be reached, and refuses to provide an address if you want to pick your furniture up. We had questions concerning the invoice and he agreed to meet with my husband about it, and then didn't bother to show up. When we tried to set up another meeting he refused. He has had some of our furniture since April 2016, it is now September. He changes the price by adding on after the fact. He will give you a bid for a sofa, and then later say he didn't charge you for the skirt. He says he will spray furniture for protection,, but then you find stains wont come out--which means you were charged for a service that never was completed. Damian is not at all consistent with what he says. If he says he will have your furniture on Tuesday, don't count on it. He rarely delivers what he promises. He is someone who cannot be believed. The chairs I gave him were more comfortable before he took them. Now they are so soft you sink. Its very uncomfortable. He also left furniture, (4 pieces) on porch and sidewalk, without even telling us by phone or text, or by ringing the doorbell. My husband discovered two chairs on porch when he came home from work. They were wet because we had a rain storm.
