 + -1 moreDrove my truck in because the engine was running a little rough. Paid 100 to have it diagnosed and he said it was one thing but the diagnosis on paper was different. Then the mechanic dropped a part into the engine and after days without any progress he increased the 500 estimate to over 2500. To get it released he wanted me to pay for the time it would take his mechanic to get their part back and he is the one that dropped it in their, not me. Had to have it towed out of there and pay for it out of my pocket. Every time i had contact with him he was rude and unapologetic for all of it. Youre supposed to have a car towed in and drive home, but with Able i drove it in and had it towed home. Terrible business.

 + -1 moreEVEN THOUGH ABLE WORKED FOR TWO HOURS TO FIND THE PROBLEM, THEY DID NOT WANT TO CHARGE ME, BECAUSE THEY WERE UNABLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEY FINALLY AGREED TO ACCEPT PAYMENT FOR A FRONT END ALIGNMENT ONLY AFTER MY INSISTENCE. THEY WERE THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL, AND ETHICAL.
Description of Work: MY CAR HAD A STRONG PULL TO THE LEFT. AFTER DEALER TOLD ME IT WAS TIRES, ABLE CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM (BAD STEERING GEAR), INCLUDING A TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN THE DEALER FAILED TO FIND.
