I'm not sure which local location we were actually dealing with - I just called the 800 number to arrange the appointment.
These guys are great! They showed up on time and explained their pricing and process completely before starting the job. They were polite and quickly removed all of our items, then swept out the garage! The entire process was quick easy and very professional. I would gladly use their services again!

Regarding the pricing, I'm sorry you didn't see the value in the service. You had a fairly large pile of debris hauled away with included numerous items that had been infested with bed bugs. I can say with confidence that very few if any other companies would have even been willing to help you out. This type of situation obviously exposes our crews and vehicles to a certain level of risk. In addition to this, you had a fridge that contained freon which we have to pay extra money to have removed before we can responsibly dispose of the item. Considering the circumstances and the professionalism with which we handled it, we feel we did everything we reasonably could to provide you with an exceptional service at a reasonable price. Again, we thank you for using our service and hope you were able to sell your home after having the items removed."

The refrigerator was too big to hual through the doorway. The refrigerator was 28 years old. The workmen dismantled the doorway and refrigerator to remove the refrigerator. Then, they put the doorway back together again. It would have been better if they used a dolly to remove the refrigerator. We then bought a new refrigerator that was smaller to accomodate the doorway.

I had the garage nearly cleaned out then spent several months recuperating. Mean while the junk I had thrown out the door got snowed/rained/sleeted on. One call and their truck came out and within two hours everything was gone. The place actually looked better than before.

They did an amazing job! The company promised everything they said they would do. They called me the day before to remind of the appointment, and then called the morning of to let me know when they would arrive. The two gentlemen who handled the job were professional all the way. They looked at the items to be hauled away, then gave me an estimate on the price. They then proceeded to do the job quickly. It all went smoothly, and I would hire them again. I had absolutely no complaints -- they did a terrific job.

The truck arrived on time and they gave me an estimate before they started. The men with the truck then proceeded to load almost a complete truckload efficiently. They cleaned up after they were done including sweeping up the driveway. I thought at first that the price was a little high but for the service I got it was reasonable. Also I don't have to worry that the junk was not properly disposed like with some guy from online who is cheaper because he dumps your stuff on the side of some country road.

They are on time and very friendly. They had identifying polos on and introduced themselves before they came into my home. They also didn't take long. I also appreciated that they wiped their feet before coming in.

They quoted me originally $150 for the job and were able to bring the cost down to $85. They are prompt and very reasonable.

Two workers arrived promptly and gave us an estimate on the spot, with no pressure to use their services. We authorized them to remove tree debris. They worked extremely efficiently and got the work done in about 1/2 hour. They were very nice and cordial. They also cleaned up afterwards, including sweeping the street by the curb where some leaves and twigs had dropped.

Scheduling was easy. Arrived when they said they would. Had the men required to do the work. Polite. Gave me a bid, and removed the pile of no-longer-needed items I had segregated in the basement. Dropped a few smaller items in the driveway/street that I found and had to pick up later. No big deal, but that's why I gave them a "B' on Quality.

The best thing about this company is that they haul the items to the truck no matter where they are in your home. I had some items in the basement and some outside. The crew was prompt and called before arriving. The estimate was right in line with what I had guessed from the website. This was my third use of this company. They are terrific. Period.
