 + -1 moreI just returned from Iraq and my wife rented a place from this company in junction city, Kansas. The entire time that we lived there we had multiple issues in what they called a new house. Called them multiple times and put in work orders and nothing was ever done. Got to the point that we had a hole in our roof and basement. My neighbors were all having the same issues. Nothing was fixed until the city code enforcement came out and told Ken scroggs from rks that he had 30 days to get 9 safety issues fixed. After calling all of us and telling us how he was going to ruin us he finally fixed everything to minimal standards. Only took him 32 days to fix 6 homes. Be very careful renting anything from this company. The owner Ken scroggs is only in it for the money and not there to help his renters at all. All 4 of my neighbors moved out within 2 weeks apart from eachother. Ask anyone who has rented from them in the military and they will tell you not to rent from these people.
