KCI Roadrunner

While still overseas, I made reservations on-line with KCI RoadRunner for transportation for 2 from the KCI airport to Manhattan KS.      I followed their website instructions and was waiting at the designated pick-up location a 15 minutes in advance of my scheduled 10:30 a.m. pick-up.  I never was picked up and called.  I was told the driver didn't see me at baggage claim (I wasnever told to wait at baggage claim) and left.  I had to wait another 2.5 hours for the next shuttle.  When I finally got on theirvan, it was filthy (old chewing gum was stuck to my seat belt buckle) and another rider complained of the same thing (driver notstopping at their designated and advertised pick-up location).  The driver was rude and basically said it was our fault.  I calledthe company when I got home to complain and was promised that the company owner would call me back.  I've been waitingover a week and have not been called.  They don't seem to care that their web site is wrong and causing major inconvenience for their customers.   Don't even consider this shuttle/taxi service if you want to get to the airport on time and want a ride in a clean vehicle.  KCI RoadRunner is completely undependable and their management is incompetent and will blow you off.   I've since looked at other reviews of this business and they are uniformly terrible.  They are NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau because of the large number of complaints filed against them.
