I gave him the blueprints to the house we wanted him to build, and met 3-4 times prior to the build. We were having the house built out of state and had to fly in for each meeting. He gave the appearance of a great builder, but he is not. He did not follow the blueprint we gave him. There is not one room in this house that is correct. Every time I would try to point something out to him, he would say it was correct, even though it was different on the blueprint. We would not recommend using him.
