My wife and I began looking at home about a year ago. We began looking at open houses around the area and saw a home on the west side of town we became interested in. After calling a few banks and mortgage companies around town, we found out that our credit wasn't as good as we had hoped. It seemed our credit would keep us from ever buying a home. A friend had recommended we talk to Randy, because he recently purchased a home through him. Once we began talking to him, the ball really started rolling. He told us that although our credit wasn't where it needed to be he could still help us. He began helping us understand the bad choices we had made and gave us some ideas on what would help us get our credit back in line where it should be. We were shocked at how helpful he was, considering no one else would give us the time of day once they saw our credit wasn't "perfect". We stayed in touch while we were trying to improve our credit and going to open houses. After a few months we were ready to go. During the time in which he was working on our home loan, he was in constant communication with us and very transparent about everything. There were several times we needed to contact him well into the evening and had no problem getting a hold of him. He was very professional and understood our needs exactly. He was VERY knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had concerning our loan. My wife and I will definitely keep him in mind in the future for us and our friends.
