The owner came out the next day for the estimate. It took several days for the estimate but that was due to the power company. After the estimate, he did the service the next day. He did excellent work; and I’m a former contractor.

The owner came out and did a walkthrough with me himself. He had an estimate ready within two days, and in that time I had thought of a couple things I wanted done that I forgot while we were doing our walkthrough. We had an update later the next day. He sent two employees out the next week to do all of the things I asked for; they were done within 8 hours and had cleaned up any mess made. The pot lights they put in in our living room was not an easy job. The living room is on the bottom floor, and we have a second story, so they did not have attic access to run the lines. They fished wire for six potlights and only made two holes! Amazing! However, they do not repair drywall damage, just so you know. We could have done the things we had done ourselves, but it definitely would have taken us a lot more time and even more frustration. They were very pleasant to work with, and it was definitely money well spent.
