Everything went great. The plumber came by the same day we called him. This wasn't an emergency so we were able to go over the repairs needed and the cost in advance. Repairs were done quickly so I didn't have to take off work for very long and the price was good. All the repairs were done correctly and everything looked good. They had to cut the basement ceiling to get to the pipes but the patch job looked great. They did forget to test one of the faucets, so I found out that the knob needed to be tightened a little but that wasn't a big deal.
